By creating a Globify account or using the mobile app, you agree to these Terms. Globify connects campus creators with K-beauty and lifestyle brand campaigns (applications, chat, deliverables, events, and related features).
Globify 계정 생성 또는 앱 이용 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 서비스는 캠퍼스 크리에이터–브랜드 캠페인 매칭(지원, 채팅, 결과물, 이벤트 등)을 제공합니다.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a contract and meet any campus or email requirements we set (for example a verified .edu address for a launch cohort). You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile.
계약 능력이 있어야 하며, 캠퍼스/.edu 등 가입 요건을 충족해야 할 수 있습니다. 프로필 정보의 정확성은 이용자 책임입니다.
2. Your content & conduct
- You retain rights to content you upload; you grant Globify a license to host and display it to operate the service (e.g. show portfolios to brands reviewing applications).
- Do not post illegal, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
- Campaign work with brands may involve separate brand guidelines or agreements; follow those when you accept a campaign.
업로드 콘텐츠 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스 운영을 위한 호스팅·표시 라이선스를 Globify에 부여합니다. 불법·괴롭힘·허위·침해 콘텐츠와 서비스 악용을 금지합니다.
3. Campaigns & no employment guarantee
Globify facilitates matching and messaging. We do not guarantee acceptance into any campaign, payment amounts, or outcomes. Brand offers, deliverable requirements, and compensation (if any) are between you and the brand unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Globify는 매칭·메시징을 중개하며, 캠페인 합격·보수·결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 별도 서면이 없다면 브랜드와의 조건은 이용자와 브랜드 간 사항입니다.
4. Accounts
Keep your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users. You may deactivate your account in the app; contact support for full deletion requests (see Privacy Policy).
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or campaign relationships. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
