- Device + OS (e.g. iPhone, iOS version) and app version if known
- A short description and screenshots if relevant

Account deletion
In the app: open Me → Delete account to deactivate. For a full data erasure request after deactivation, email support with the subject “Delete my data”.
앱에서 Me → Delete account 로 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 완전 삭제가 필요하면 제목에 “Delete my data”를 넣어 메일해 주세요.
